Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-03 · Unreal Angels (unrealangels.net, chat.unrealangels.net and the Telegram bot @Scarlett2001_bot)

1. Adults only

Unreal Angels is for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By using unrealangels.net, chat.unrealangels.net or our Telegram bot, you confirm you meet that age. We block accounts we believe belong to minors.

2. Fictional AI characters

Every character is fictional and AI-generated, and every character is an adult. No character depicts, represents or is modeled on a real person. Messages, images and videos are produced by artificial intelligence for entertainment. Nothing here is a real relationship or real advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise), and nothing a character says should be relied on as fact.

3. Purchases

Chatting starts free. Extra content is offered as paid unlocks, and the price is always shown before you confirm.

• Telegram Stars. In the Telegram bot, payments are made in Telegram Stars and processed by Telegram. One-time unlocks (for example a photo or a set) are charged once.
• VIP. The 30-day VIP is a subscription paid in Stars. Telegram renews it every 30 days until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Telegram, and VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Longer passes (for example 60 days) are one-time payments that do not renew. Each offer says which kind it is before you pay.
• Credits. Credits bought with Stars are spent on unlocks inside the bot.
• Card. Where a card option is offered, the payment is processed by our payment partner Fanvue (fanvue.com) under its own terms.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to request or attempt to create content involving minors, real identifiable people, non-consent, or anything illegal where you live. You may not harass, spam, scrape or attack the service. We may block accounts that do, without refund.

6. Content use

Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute it, or use it to train other AI models.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is". It may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. AI content can be inaccurate, repetitive or unavailable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
